No KYC payment gateway: what to check.
Looking for no KYC card payments and USDT payouts? Separate merchant onboarding, business verification and customer checks before choosing a payment gateway.
Start readingWhat does a no KYC payment gateway mean?
KYC means Know Your Customer: checks used to establish a person’s identity. In payment services, that person might be the merchant, a business owner or the cardholder. A “no KYC” label alone does not explain which person is covered, which payment method it applies to, or whether checks can be required later.
No KYC vs no KYB
KYB means Know Your Business and concerns the business accepting payments. A no KYB payment gateway may describe a different onboarding process from a no KYC service. Ask whether incorporation documents, beneficial-owner details, identity documents or proof of business activity are required. An email-only application does not establish the requirements for live processing or withdrawals.
Does no KYC mean customers can pay without verification?
Merchant onboarding and customer checkout are separate processes. Card payments may involve issuer authentication, fraud screening or checks by a payment partner. A cardholder authentication step is different from identity-document verification. Confirm the actual checkout flow for your customer countries rather than assuming that a merchant onboarding claim also covers buyers.
Card payments vs crypto-only payments
A crypto-only checkout receives cryptocurrency from the customer. A card-to-USDT setup lets the customer pay by card and makes an eligible merchant balance payable in USDT. If you need card acceptance, confirm that a provider’s no KYC offer covers the card flow rather than only transfers from a crypto wallet.
- Who accepts and processes the card payment?
- Does the buyer need a separate account or crypto purchase?
- Which checks apply before a payment, payout or account limit increase?
Questions to ask before opening a merchant account
Request written answers for your business activity, operating country and customer locations. Review processing fees, payout timing, reserves, refunds and chargebacks alongside the onboarding requirements. A USDT payout does not erase the obligations attached to the original card transaction.
- Identify the merchant and cardholder requirements separately.
- Confirm supported business types and territories.
- Check the first-payout period and the net USDT calculation.
- Ask what changes when your payment volume grows.
Discuss your POSUSDT setup
POSUSDT connects merchant card-payment requirements with USDT settlement planning. Introduce your business, website, customer countries and expected payment volume. The team confirms eligibility, verification requirements and commercial terms before activation. This guide is not a blanket promise of anonymous processing or verification-free customer payments.
How is my processing rate determined?+
Successful domestic and international card payments carry a processing fee of 6%–25%, depending on your business model and sector. Your applicable rate is confirmed before activation. There is no first-month promotional rate. Optional instant settlement is charged in addition to the processing fee.
When can I receive my USDT?+
Standard settlement is 7 business days below USD 10,000 in cumulative successful payments, 5 business days from USD 10,000 to below USD 20,000, and the next business day from USD 20,000 onwards, including above USD 50,000. These are standard eligibility periods from each successful payment, subject to review and any applicable reserve or hold.
Is the instant settlement fee added to processing?+
Yes. Your processing rate is 6%–25%, depending on your business and sector. Instant settlement adds 5–15 percentage points to that rate. For example, 10% processing plus 5 percentage points means a 15% total fee, not 10.5%. Processing on the same amount is counted only once. Approval and individual limits apply.
Can I keep my current payment provider?+
Keep your existing payment provider while you test POSUSDT with part of your payment traffic. Agree the checkout, order tracking and refund flow before taking live payments.
