Standard settlement is 7 business days below USD 10,000 in cumulative successful payments, 5 business days from USD 10,000 to below USD 20,000, and the next business day from USD 20,000 onwards, including above USD 50,000. These are standard eligibility periods from each successful payment, subject to review and any applicable reserve or hold.
| Total successful payments | Standard settlement |
|---|---|
| Under USD 10,000 | 7 business days |
| USD 10,000 to under USD 20,000 | 5 business days |
| USD 20,000 and above | Next business day |
First payout: 10 business days. Subsequent standard payouts follow your volume tier.
Business days and your first payout
The first payout has an initial 10-business-day waiting period from the first successful payment. Business days exclude weekends and applicable banking holidays. The agreed processing calendar and cut-off times are confirmed during onboarding. Blockchain confirmation time is separate from settlement eligibility.
Instant settlement: an additional 5–15 percentage points
You may apply after reaching USD 10,000 in cumulative successful payments. Approval and withdrawal limits depend on account history and risk review. Instant settlement adds 5–15 percentage points to your normal processing rate, depending on your business and sector. Both rates apply to the same gross payment amount allocated to the instant withdrawal. For example, a 10% processing rate plus a 5-percentage-point instant fee means a 15% total fee: USD 150 on USD 1,000, leaving USD 850 before any other agreed deductions. This is an additional fee, not a replacement processing rate.
1. Establish the eligible balance
Start from confirmed payments and apply the agreed eligibility rules. Fees, refunds, disputes and reserves can affect the net amount. Keep the calculation auditable.
2. Confirm the destination
Record the wallet address and network separately. Independently review destination changes. Never use a private key or seed phrase as a business verification document.
3. Reconcile the transfer
Match the settlement record to its transaction reference. Confirm the correct network when reviewing an explorer, and record the final result in your accounting workflow.
4. Handle exceptions
A delayed payment, a missing reference and a wrong-network transfer are different issues. Preserve the original records and contact support with the relevant IDs, not sensitive credentials.
How is my processing rate determined?+
Successful domestic and international card payments carry a processing fee of 6%–25%, depending on your business model and sector. Your applicable rate is confirmed before activation. There is no first-month promotional rate. Optional instant settlement is charged in addition to the processing fee.
When can I receive my USDT?+
Standard settlement is 7 business days below USD 10,000 in cumulative successful payments, 5 business days from USD 10,000 to below USD 20,000, and the next business day from USD 20,000 onwards, including above USD 50,000. These are standard eligibility periods from each successful payment, subject to review and any applicable reserve or hold.
Is the instant settlement fee added to processing?+
Yes. Your processing rate is 6%–25%, depending on your business and sector. Instant settlement adds 5–15 percentage points to that rate. For example, 10% processing plus 5 percentage points means a 15% total fee, not 10.5%. Processing on the same amount is counted only once. Approval and individual limits apply.
Can I keep my current payment provider?+
Keep your existing payment provider while you test POSUSDT with part of your payment traffic. Agree the checkout, order tracking and refund flow before taking live payments.
