Information with a clear purpose.
How information submitted through this website is used.
Start readingWhat you submit
Forms collect your name, email, business information and message. Signed-in submissions are linked to your account so you can access your own enquiries.
Saved support conversations
Support messages are stored so you can return later. A secure device token is kept in a cookie and browser storage for up to 90 days of access; this expiry is not a message deletion deadline. We record the originating page and a general browser and operating-system label to help with support, not a unique device fingerprint. Account-linked conversations require sign-in. On another device, guest conversations require both the conversation code and private recovery key.
Why it is used
Information is used to review your enquiry, respond to support requests and discuss your merchant setup. Optional browser reply alerts work while the website remains open; email and closed-browser notifications are not provided by this support feature.
Website analytics
We measure public page views, traffic sources, campaign tags, approximate network location, device category, page activity, scroll depth and selected clicks. Random browser and tab identifiers help estimate unique visitors and visits; a visit resets after 30 minutes of inactivity. The browser identifier expires after 180 days. We do not store raw IP addresses, form answers, chat text, passwords or wallet information in analytics, and we do not use device fingerprinting or session recordings. Separate abuse prevention uses a secure browser cookie, keyed hashes of network and contact identifiers, one-time checks and request limits. Identifiers associated with confirmed abuse may remain blocked until reviewed. Reports are restricted to administrators. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are respected. You can clear the identifiers through your browser storage settings.
Advertising measurement
Meta Pixel and Conversions API automatically measure public page visits, enquiry submissions, first support messages and clicks to WhatsApp. Meta may receive the public page address, an event identifier, browser and network information, and Meta browser identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. We do not send your form answers, support message text, business payment volume, wallet details, passwords or account records. Clicking WhatsApp is measured as a click; it does not confirm that you sent a message. Measurement respects browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Browser privacy settings and content blockers may also prevent measurement. Essential site functions and support remain available when measurement is blocked.
Your requests
Use support to request access, correction or deletion of submitted information. Never send wallet secrets or full card details. Keep conversation recovery keys private. Request the applicable contractual privacy terms before onboarding.
How is my processing rate determined?+
Successful domestic and international card payments carry a processing fee of 6%–25%, depending on your business model and sector. Your applicable rate is confirmed before activation. There is no first-month promotional rate. Optional instant settlement is charged in addition to the processing fee.
When can I receive my USDT?+
Standard settlement is 7 business days below USD 10,000 in cumulative successful payments, 5 business days from USD 10,000 to below USD 20,000, and the next business day from USD 20,000 onwards, including above USD 50,000. These are standard eligibility periods from each successful payment, subject to review and any applicable reserve or hold.
Is the instant settlement fee added to processing?+
Yes. Your processing rate is 6%–25%, depending on your business and sector. Instant settlement adds 5–15 percentage points to that rate. For example, 10% processing plus 5 percentage points means a 15% total fee, not 10.5%. Processing on the same amount is counted only once. Approval and individual limits apply.
Can I keep my current payment provider?+
Keep your existing payment provider while you test POSUSDT with part of your payment traffic. Agree the checkout, order tracking and refund flow before taking live payments.
