01

How card-to-USDT payments work

Your customer pays for your product or service by card through the approved checkout. The payment outcome is recorded against the order. Once the balance becomes eligible under your merchant terms, agreed deductions are applied and the net settlement can be sent in USDT to the approved wallet.

02

Who is this payment flow for?

This is a merchant-payment workflow for businesses selling goods or services and seeking USDT payouts. It is different from using your own credit card to buy USDT on an exchange. Share what you sell, how you deliver it and where your customers are located so the team can review the proposed setup.

03

Does the customer need to own USDT?

In a card-payment flow, the customer uses the supported card checkout; USDT is the merchant’s settlement asset. Confirm the supported methods, cardholder checks and customer countries with the team before advertising payment acceptance. Available card networks and checkout behavior depend on the approved setup.

04

From the gross sale to your USDT payout

A card charge is not the same as an immediately withdrawable USDT balance. Processing charges, refunds, disputes, any applicable reserve, conversion terms and network charges affect the amount available. POSUSDT processing fees range from 6% to 25% by business and sector; your agreed rate is confirmed before activation.

05

When does settlement reach the wallet?

The first payout has an initial 10-business-day waiting period from the first successful payment. Standard eligibility is 7 business days below USD 10,000 in cumulative successful payments, 5 business days from USD 10,000 to below USD 20,000, and next business day from USD 20,000. Reviews and applicable holds can affect availability. Blockchain confirmation follows the transfer.

06

Set up card payments with USDT settlement

Start with your website, business model, operating country, customer locations and expected monthly volume. Agree the checkout integration, payment confirmation, refund responsibilities, USDT network and payout destination before live processing. Integration support is available for an approved setup.

  • Use a unique order reference for each payment.
  • Keep the approved USDT address and network together.
  • Reconcile payment records, net payouts and transfer references.

All questions
How is my processing rate determined?+

Successful domestic and international card payments carry a processing fee of 6%–25%, depending on your business model and sector. Your applicable rate is confirmed before activation. There is no first-month promotional rate. Optional instant settlement is charged in addition to the processing fee.

When can I receive my USDT?+

Standard settlement is 7 business days below USD 10,000 in cumulative successful payments, 5 business days from USD 10,000 to below USD 20,000, and the next business day from USD 20,000 onwards, including above USD 50,000. These are standard eligibility periods from each successful payment, subject to review and any applicable reserve or hold.

Is the instant settlement fee added to processing?+

Yes. Your processing rate is 6%–25%, depending on your business and sector. Instant settlement adds 5–15 percentage points to that rate. For example, 10% processing plus 5 percentage points means a 15% total fee, not 10.5%. Processing on the same amount is counted only once. Approval and individual limits apply.

Can I keep my current payment provider?+

Keep your existing payment provider while you test POSUSDT with part of your payment traffic. Agree the checkout, order tracking and refund flow before taking live payments.
