A merchant account for USDT payouts.
Compare a crypto merchant account for card payments with a crypto-only checkout. Choose the payment flow your customers need and confirm how your business receives its proceeds.
Start readingWhat is a crypto merchant account?
The term can describe different services: accepting cryptocurrency from buyers, processing card payments with crypto settlement, or managing merchant crypto balances. For POSUSDT enquiries, explain whether your customers need card checkout and whether you want eligible proceeds paid to your USDT wallet.
What to compare between providers
Compare the full commercial workflow rather than only the advertised processing percentage. Ask about the first payout, subsequent schedules, reserves, refunds, disputed payments, conversion and network charges. Confirm the business categories and customer locations covered by the proposal.
- Payment methods and customer authentication
- Merchant onboarding and business review
- Processing rate and all separately quoted charges
- Settlement currency, network and wallet controls
- Integration, payment confirmation and support
E-commerce and digital-product businesses
An online shop needs payment confirmation tied to an order, clear delivery records and a process for refunds. Digital-product sellers should explain access delivery, download records and cancellation terms. Discuss the specific product and checkout platform; a use-case description is not automatic approval or a promise of a ready-made plugin.
Service businesses and subscriptions
Agencies and other service businesses should describe project milestones, billing amounts and delivery timing. Software and subscription businesses should explain renewal, cancellation and customer consent. Recurring billing and platform-specific integration must be confirmed for the proposed setup.
No KYC and no KYB merchant accounts
If minimal onboarding is your priority, ask separately about merchant identity checks, business documents and cardholder verification. A no KYB claim does not establish a no KYC checkout for customers. Obtain the requirements for activation, payouts and future account reviews before committing to an integration.
Apply for a POSUSDT merchant review
Share your business name, website, operating country, customer countries and monthly payment volume. The team reviews the activity and confirms the payment scope, pricing and USDT settlement terms. Do not send card details, passwords, wallet seed phrases or private keys with your application.
How is my processing rate determined?+
Successful domestic and international card payments carry a processing fee of 6%–25%, depending on your business model and sector. Your applicable rate is confirmed before activation. There is no first-month promotional rate. Optional instant settlement is charged in addition to the processing fee.
When can I receive my USDT?+
Standard settlement is 7 business days below USD 10,000 in cumulative successful payments, 5 business days from USD 10,000 to below USD 20,000, and the next business day from USD 20,000 onwards, including above USD 50,000. These are standard eligibility periods from each successful payment, subject to review and any applicable reserve or hold.
Is the instant settlement fee added to processing?+
Yes. Your processing rate is 6%–25%, depending on your business and sector. Instant settlement adds 5–15 percentage points to that rate. For example, 10% processing plus 5 percentage points means a 15% total fee, not 10.5%. Processing on the same amount is counted only once. Approval and individual limits apply.
Can I keep my current payment provider?+
Keep your existing payment provider while you test POSUSDT with part of your payment traffic. Agree the checkout, order tracking and refund flow before taking live payments.
